RED TICKET
You are about to issue a RED TICKET. This is recorded permanently and visible to management.

Inspector Roll
Go to the Inspector tab. Hand your phone to the inspector — they enter their 4-digit PIN. The app automatically sets the time filter to your current shift. They press Search Tickets then Print Filtered Roll. If the time, bus, or route looks wrong, they can adjust it manually before printing.
Offline Mode
Tickets save even without internet. They sync automatically when you are back online. A badge at the top shows how many are waiting to sync.
Printer Not Working
Return to the login screen and tap Configure Printer. Make sure your Bluetooth printer is switched on and paired.
Wrong Ticket Issued
Tickets cannot be changed after issuing. Note the ticket number and contact your supervisor immediately.
Daily Code Not Showing
Your phone has not connected to the server today. The code appears after the first successful sync. Go online at least once per shift.
Handing Over
At the end of your shift go to Hand Over, count your cash, enter the amounts, and press submit. Your manager must enter their PIN to confirm. Always complete handover before logging out.
